Agreement to Terms

Titan Guard Roofing provides residential roofing services including but not limited to:

  • Roof inspection and assessment
  • Roof repair services

2. Quotes and Estimates

All quotes and estimates provided are based on the information available at the time of inspection. Final pricing may vary based on unforeseen conditions discovered during the project. We will notify you of any significant price changes before proceeding with additional work.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment schedules will be outlined in your service agreement
  • We accept various payment methods as specified in your contract
  • Late payments may be subject to additional fees
  • Full payment is required upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed

4. Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work and offer warranties on both labor and materials. Specific warranty terms will be provided in your service agreement. Warranty coverage may be voided if:

  • Damage results from improper maintenance
  • Modifications are made by unauthorized parties
  • Acts of nature cause damage beyond normal wear

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel scheduled services with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. For projects already in progress, cancellation terms will be outlined in your service agreement.

6. Liability and Insurance

Titan Guard Roofing maintains appropriate liability insurance. We are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage not disclosed during inspection
  • Damage to landscaping or structures outside the work area
  • Acts of God or severe weather occurring after service completion
  • Delays due to circumstances beyond our control

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Titan Guard Roofing and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use of our content is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Titan Guard Roofing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Titan Guard Roofing harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Antonio, Texas.
